The challenge
SuperPark handled customer enquiries manually without a centralised CRM or marketing automation setup. Customer information and follow-up were difficult to organise across enquiry and booking touchpoints.
The business needed consistent enquiry routing and timely communication with prospective visitors, including families planning birthdays, without depending on manual reminders for each follow-up.
What we did
Implemented HubSpot as the central CRM for customer information, enquiries and interactions.
Integrated HubSpot with the Roller booking system to connect relevant customer and booking activity.
Configured workflows to create and assign enquiry tickets, providing a repeatable routing process and clearer ownership.
Developed welcome and behaviour-triggered email campaigns, plus birthday communications timed approximately two months before a child’s birthday.
Created social media content to support audience engagement and organic discovery alongside the CRM and email work.
The approach
The founder confirmed all six supplied figures as verified and approved publication of SuperPark’s name and logo. The testimonial is not published.
Click-through rates and main-CTA conversion rates are different measures. Campaign results are shown separately and are not combined into a single funnel.
Social media content formed part of the engagement; no separate social lead volume or attributed revenue figure was supplied.
Context and limitations: The reporting dates, currency code, influenced-deal attribution method, CTA conversion events and denominators were not supplied. These are owner-confirmed project outcomes, not independently audited results. Influenced deals do not establish closed revenue or sole campaign causation. Past outcomes do not guarantee future results.
