    Starting point

    The challenge

Hemlock Circle Productions is an independent film studio working to build recognition beyond individual film releases, with a stronger studio identity and audiences it can reach again between projects.

The immediate goal was to promote the opening-night red-carpet screening of Last Shot at the Dallas International Film Festival while connecting the studio website, social channels, video content and ticket campaign into one joined-up strategy rather than separate activities.

    Delivery

    What we did

    1. Refined the studio's website experience and added a dedicated path for visitors to explore the studio and join Club Hemlock, an opt-in channel for behind-the-scenes content, previews and updates.

    2. Adapted trailer, teaser and behind-the-scenes material into platform-appropriate formats for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, with additional short-form distribution where relevant.

    3. Ran a targeted campaign promoting the Dallas International Film Festival opening-night screening, using creative variations and a dedicated landing page to guide interested audiences toward ticket information.

    4. Repurposed existing film assets into shorter social edits and supported interview content communicating the people and craft behind the production.

    The approach

Figures confirmed by the founder against House of Adarsh project records. Hemlock Circle Productions approved being named, along with the film Last Shot and the Dallas International Film Festival screening.

The festival campaign ran on approximately $2,500 in ad spend. Ticket sales were reported for the 700-seat opening-night screening.

Context and limitations: These outcomes relate to the festival campaign and audience-growth work over the three-month engagement. Results depend on the release calendar, offer, audience and execution.
